req gave me the go-ahead to take charge on making a new forums. the old one was down for a while cause the hosting company that hosted it was struck by lightning. so for a while our forums were actually blood's forums, till req gave me the okay to make a new one. now we're on a different hosting company. still got some work to do on the forums, but it's slowly shaping up
